It is very quite and safe, well served by public transportation and has all the shops you need. Just outside the building in the same street you will find: supermarkets, wineries, pharmacy, bakeries, florist, laundry, banks and different restaurants and cafés. You'll beminutes from airports. You're right around the corner from major underground stations (M9, M8, M4, M2) and a major taxi rank. It's a very dynamic place always with animations instead. safe and well designed place. In the summer, you can take your breakfast on the terrace overlooking a wooded garden close to the apartment, you have restaurants, shops, supermarkets, laundromat, banks, post office. It is the best part of Paris in my opinion Lively and vibrant yet retains a very local feel.
